TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS,
One of our core values at Auto Tech Collision Center is that we are a family - that includes our clientele, and we want to make certain the experience at Auto Tech continues to be unparalleled; we want you to feel confident when visiting Auto Tech. There is no higher priority for Auto Tech Collision Center than the safety of our clients and employees. As such, we are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak according to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).
GUIDELINES SET FORTH BY LA COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH
1. Appointments are required
2. Mask are required (covering nose and mouth)
3. Entry will be denied if you are sick
4. We will allow for adequate social distancing between our teammates and customers ( please keep 6 feet
distancing) during in-person interactions.
5. All vehicles will be sanitized with disinfectant cleaners before pick-up or delivery.
We want to share with you the actions we are taking to help protect our employees and customers. As a result, we have enhanced our facility cleaning process to include hospital-grade cleaning products and disinfectants that are used for cleaning on an hourly basis. We have also asked all of our employees not to come to work unless they feel 100%. As an additional precaution, we’ve asked all of our Auto Tech members to refrain from shaking hands; please accept our salutations, perhaps a bow or a head nod, as sign of respect and consideration for your safety.
For our service customers, we will continue our practice of our team members wearing gloves and face mask at all times. If you are sick, please give us a call to reschedule. Let’s be mindful of others.
We will continue to monitor information from our local governments and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to best protect our employees and clients.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
